Goat Cheese Pomegranate Dip

A tart & earthy combo that is sure to send your tastebuds on a journey AND will be the G.O.A.T for any table, especially goat cheese lovers! My Goat Cheese Pomegranate Dip is filled with fresh herbs, pomegranate seeds, parsley, lemon zest, scallions & some honey packing you up with a punch of antioxidants. Sprinkled with salt & pepper to taste, it can be served with crackers, fruits or veggies! You pick. Go get it!




 

Ingredients

  • 8oz goat cheese, at room temperature

  • 4oz Philly cream cheese

  • 2 Tbsp scallions, finely sliced

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 Tbsp honey, split

  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling

  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

  • freshly cracked black pepper

  • toasted bread, crackers, fruit or veggies for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, goat cheese together in a medium bowl. Fold in scallions, parsley, lemon zest, honey, salt & pepper. Gently mix in pomegranate seeds.

  2. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so the flavors can combine.

  3. Drizzle with olive and remaining honey. Top with fresh pomegranate seeds and parsley and serve with toasted bread, crackers, fruit or veggies. Delish!
